Hello
I’m Serena, the designer and founder of Cobi & Coco.
I am passionate about crafting wedding cakes, and take immense pride in creating bespoke designs. My goal is to bring to life timeless, elegant centrepieces that celebrate love, connection, self-expression, and the unique story of each couple.
Every creation is made with meticulous care and a deep respect for craftsmanship and artistry. I draw inspiration from diverse sources – fashion, nature, textiles and most importantly, the couples I have the privilege of designing for.

After graduating from the renowned Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in Textile Design, I followed my dream to become a womenswear designer working in Hong Kong and London for many years. International retail is demanding and after having two young children, I was exhausted and needed a change of pace. Motherhood prompted me to slow down and relocate out of London to be closer to my family in Kent.
Seeking a creative outlet to continue my passion for design, I learnt how to make sugar flowers, and fell in love with the art. Cobi & Coco was set up in 2014 to further develop my new love of sugar flowers. I found my creative outlet, an art form allowing me to work with my hands.
Having grown up surrounded by chefs in my family, I frequently experimented in the kitchen and fell in love with baking. With my background in fashion, I naturally fell into making wedding cakes, creating elegant, luxurious wedding cakes for couples who value design.
